When you place your order, you will automatically receive an email with the total amount of 

your order and our account number.
We will send the goods as soon as possible after receipt of the money on our account 

(depending on the availability of the goods).

Payment by PayPal

When you complete your order, you will be asked to pay via PayPal. In order to complete the ordering process, payment should be made promptly.

We will send the goods as soon as possible after receipt of the money on our PayPal account (depending on the availability of the goods).

PayPal processing fees will not be covered by company. Please note that we add a 3% surcharge to the invoice amount (PayPal fee) for payments via PayPal. This means that we pass the PayPal processing fees on to our customers directly and without any additional surcharge.

 

Payment in cash if you collect it yourself
When you place your order, you will automatically receive an email with the total amount of 

your order. An appointment for collection will then be arranged.

Delivery Notes Europe & Worldwide:

Shipping is only done with a tracking number (priority shipment, registered mail or parcel). Paypal requires that!

Parcels are usually sent from the stock 2-5 times a week. The packaging of the shipment takes about 1-2 working days, depending on the size and the orders received here in the shop.

We value safe packaging. For example, every record will be provided with an extra PVC sleeve and we prefer removing the records from the cover. Sealed records remain in the packaging. 

By arrangement we can open it to deliver separately from Cover.
Other items are carefully stowed away accordingly.

Shipping from stock within approx. 2-3 days after receipt of payment.

Delivery time depends on the capacity of the respective service provider. We will send a tracking number to check the delivery status. As a rule, the shipment should arrive in about 10-40 days. (Depends on destination and region).

During Corona, it may not be possible to make an exact prediction. We do not accept any guarantee in the event of changes to the delivery time of the respective delivery service. 

But the rule is: Just ask us and we will keep in contact until the shipment has arrived.

Due Corona OVERSEAS SHIPPING some regions are not possible or PRICES for some countrys we cannot determine the exact prices. 

DHL only offers a very expensive option for shipping as PERMIUM PACKAGE. 
ask for exact shiping fee before you order.

More weight than 31.5 kg by arrangement.

All items contain the statutory VAT of 19% (T-shirts, merchandise, sound carriers, etc.) or 7% (newspapers, magazines, tickets). The respective tax rate is noted on the invoice.

Goods that are exported from Germany to a third country can be accounted for tax-free as a so-called export delivery. All deliveries to a third country are exempt from sales tax, regardless of who the customer in the third country is. For this it is crucial that the goods actually reach the respective third country.
In the case of cross-border deliveries, the “country of destination principle” applies to sales tax. This means that the goods should be charged with the applicable taxes of the country in which the final consumption takes place.
In non-EU countries and regions, the tax is automatically deducted. We declare the net amount on the package, you have to pay the tax amount of your country at your customs office. (Import sales tax).

Shipping depends on weight. HERMES (EU countries only) and DHL are available as shipping service providers. We reserve the right to change prices in accordance with the changes made by the respective provider.
